The american power grid wasn’t designed to be used without update at least for only 50 or 60 years. Either way we’re past it, running past its capacity every moment of every day, toeing the line just before a nationwide blackout for no one knows how long.
I don’t think we were made to be running past full capacity every day, feeling every death and tragedy as if it was our friend, wondering if this day the irreversible climate disaster will be in your city, balancing finding a second job with your course-load larger than it had ever been, on the lookout for micro aggressions while we check our LinkedIn or maybe your OnlyFans. Either way, I just really don’t understand people who keep up with the news.
